Jamie and his mother casting their vote at the North County Library.
My grandfather used to say that life isn’t just about showing up; it’s about doing your best while being present.
Our community needs that from us, especially now. I am in this race because I know Mecklenburg County is capable of more.
We are capable of promoting economic mobility, finding alternative solutions for our affordable housing crisis, providing better funding for our schools, and prioritizing our greenway projects.
We need bold and visionary leadership and representatives on the board who will fight for the issues our community cares about most. Our residents deserve an advocate who will work to protect what they’ve worked hard for, and connect them to the resources and programs that will help them succeed.
As your next At-Large County Commissioner, I am ready to be that advocate. I look forward to working with you to bring community focus back to the Board of County Commissioners.
I hope to earn your vote and support.
